This is urgent. I couldn’t contact AirAsia’s customer service. My problem is: Now i’m in Auckland and ready to fly to Melbourne by jetstar. And i will make a transit in melbourne to Kuala Lumpur by AirAsia X. I will not a visa to get through the customs and i don’t have a check-in luggage.
