I got the same problem like the rest of us here. the payment option thru direct debit of CIMB clicks was like CHIPSMORE. last few days i saw it there, and just nw when i want to book a ticket and it gone. Hope this problem can be solved.

Thats not true. Are you avoiding the question? there is clearly a problem with Airasia. It is inconsistent and it looks like you, as an admin, are taking this lightly. What kind of an answer is this? I’ve just tried to book tickets online and there isn’t an option for direct debit eventhough there’s clearly big claims about airasia being convenient as pie. Please sort this out and stop being lazy by avoiding the problem. Easyjet, ryanair and other budget airliners are much easier to use. Please don’t confirm popular belief that asian companies are crap coz we can do just as good as others if we didn’t have such laxed attitudes towards customer service. Thanks. P.s. i am malaysian. please make me proud for once.

Air Asia nak buat DUIT lebih suruh guna credit card..(pasal ader CONvinience Fee – RM6)..does Bank Negara knows about Air Asia charging convenience fee to customer who uses credit card..FAQ still states payment thru direct debit is available..if system is down then published it on the WEBSITE!!!… remember Consumer Rights website is just a click away…

If I have CIMB NIAGA’s cimbclicks in Indonesia rupiah account, can I book AirAsia online? For examle, I book online from KUL to HKG or Kuching then pay using cimbclick Indonesia in the website? Thanks.
