Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy is organizing 1Day Cabin Crew Interview Workshop to familiarize you with the role of Cabin Crew, the recruitment and assessment process; and Cabin Crew interview.

Responsibilities

Implement marketing activities (planning, coordinating, promotions) for AirAsiaGo (AAGO)
Coordinate with relevant departments like AirAsia and AirAsiaX Marketing, Commercial, Revenue, Communications, Web, IT, Ancillary Income to ensure all pertinent information are correct and accurate
Achievement of agreed revenue and financial goals for AAGO hotels, tours and other offers
Brief and follow-up with supplier and ensure marketing plans for AAGO and creative materials are planned accurately according to brief and delivered on time
Build relationship with suppliers and assess marketing proposals for AAGO
Monitor/preparing competitive market update/report for AAGO
Overall responsibility for all branding, marketing, PR, distribution & market development activities to achieve overall AAGO company objectives.
Management of relationships with marketing partners including advertising, onboard promotion and on-ground promotion
Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AAGO in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand.

Requirements

Education/Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline. MBA preferred.
At least 5 years working experience in the marketing, preferably in FMCG or any industry.
Minimum of 2 years management experience leading and developing direct reports.
With a keen sense of market & consumer trends
Ability to mange multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature – achieving both time and budgetary deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand business financial
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Able to travel as when it is required
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
Proficient in oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
Proficiency in oral and written Chinese will be an added advantage
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments

Malaysian citizen aged between 18 to 30 years as of interview date
