To book and pay your AirAsia flight tickets you just need to follows the following 5-step simple process :

    Step1: Customer is required to choose the Direct Debit Service after confirming the destination and the total ticket price.
    Step 2: Customer is required to select Maybank2u.com as mode of payment.
    Step 3: Customer is required to enter their Maybank2u.com username & password for authentication.
    Step 4: The ticket price will be debited from your selected Maybank Banking Accounts.
    Step 5: AirAsia will confirm on the booking status.

    i can’t book via the direct debit. can anyone help? The option is only for credit and voucher. am so in need to buy a ticket via my maybank2u. i dont have a credit card.

    i want to purchase my ticket via online today but it ended very disappointedly as the direct debit icon does not appear anywhere. i’ve had come across this kind of problem many times. hope you can rectify it asap.
